We deliver all over the world (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia ).
Standard shipping is offered with no purchase requirements, with the option to choose priority shipping with 24/48h dispatch.
Our team will ship your order between 24 to 72 hours. The delivery time being from 7 to 14 days everywhere in the world (except DOM-TOM where it can vary up to 1 month)
Delivery is made by your local post office, such as Colissimo or Colis Privé in France or Bpost in Belgium.
Your package is delivered during business hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the mailman will leave the package in the mailbox or if he does not have access, you will have to pick up the package at your nearest local post office.
A tracking number is attached to the shipment confirmation email. It will be used to track your package worldwide. Please note that the tracking number may take some time to process.

Returns and refunds
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for resale.
If the item you are returning is damaged, worn, or in poor condition and therefore cannot be resold, we will not be able to issue a refund and may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the shipping costs).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a product return.
Providing free shipping, so any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a product return, you can contact us at the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded, based on your original payment method.
Keep in mind that it takes an average of 2-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and ship the refund.
