Delivery fees vary depending on the destination country. We offer free delivery to certain countries, while for others, standard delivery charges apply. For instance, in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, we provide free standard delivery. Our reliable delivery services ensure secure shipment of your packages throughout the country.
The average delivery time is 7 to 12 days. (except for overseas territories where it can vary up to 1 month)
Delivery in the United States is done via USPS, in Canada via Canada Post, in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, and in Australia via Australia Post. For other countries, delivery is done through your country's local postal service.
Your package is delivered during business hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the mailman will leave the package in the mailbox or if he does not have access, you will have to pick up the package at your nearest local post office.
A tracking number is included in the shipment confirmation email. This number will be used to track your package. Please allow for processing time before receiving your tracking number.

Returns and refunds
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for resale.
If the item you are returning is damaged, worn, or in poor condition and therefore cannot be resold, we will not be able to issue a refund and may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the shipping costs).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a product return.
Providing free shipping, so any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded, based on your original payment method.
